INFLUX Group Meeting Retreat

Members of the PHASES group, together with several external collaborators from Stockholm Resilience Center and other international instutions, attended the INFLUX research project meeting held at Stockholm University's Tovetorp Zoological Research Station during the first week of October. The INFLUX project, funded by the European Research Council, investigates emerging pests and pathogens through a interdisciplinary approach. During this first team retreat, participants had the opportunity to strengthen connections, engage in team-building activities, and explore the natural surroundings of Sörmland. Moreover, the group of 11 people also took part in productive scientific discussions spanning three days. Overall, the retreat was highly successful, providing meaningful insights and advancing the project objective of the drivers of emerging pest and pathogens through the insights from both internal members and external collaborators.

Many thanks to organizators of this retreat: Ege Pehlivanoglu (Research Assistant at The PHASES group), Diana Luna-Gonzalez (Research Assistant at The INFLUX group), and Peter Søgaard Jørgensen (Team Leader).
